On May 15th 2026, Brother Thomas Zito celebrated his 21+ years with the Hoffman Estates Fire Department and Local #2061.  Family, friends, coworkers, and retirees gathered at Stn. 22 for his walk off and last alarm. Those in attendance were treated to a heartfelt speech full of memories, laughs, and some tears.

Thank you Tom for your dedication and service to this Local, the Department, and the residents of Hoffman Estates.
